So those are a few thoughts on how you can support yourself through any period
of grief.


Remember that there’s only one emotion, and it’s love, and anything we feel as a negative emotion is resistance to love. Grief is often a combination of sadness, the feeling of having lost someone or something.


I know it can feel a challenge to change your thoughts, but when you know the right process and have all the steps, it’s easy, quick and it works. That’s been my life’s work – creating CET to help people remove the resistance to love.
